We repair clocks, sell antique/vintage and new clocks, and build large or small wood case clocks to your specifications. **********************************************************************************POLICIES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS ********************************************************************************** 1. Antique Clocks are sold "final, as-is", but will always be in working condition when shipped and will have shipping insurance. Please contact us if you have any problems with an order and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before returning anything. If we pre-approve a return for a non-defective item, shipping will not be refunded. 2. Sherline Products include a one-year manufacturers warranty. Returns for Sherline Products may need to go directly to Sherline, so do not return any product without an RMA or otherwise contacting us first. Refunds on any returns will have our actual cost of shipping deducted. 3. Any order may be cancelled with a full refund prior to shipping. Refund will be applied within 24 hours, subject to Paypal money transfer policies. Cancellations after an item is shipped will be be charged for shipping costs and refunds will not be applied until the item is returned, inspected, and determined to be in the same condition as when it was shipped. 4. Orders are shipped within two business days, with rare exceptions. We will notify customers of the order status by email whenever it changes, and if an exception is required (i.e. the item has to be shipped from Sherline and they have to custom make a part). We have never experienced a delay of more than two additional business days. We ship by the most reliable and cost efficient carrier, depending on customer location. We use UPS, Fedex Ground, and the US Postal Service. 5. Paypal charges bank cards and checking accounts immediately upon placing an order. If, for any reason we are unable to complete the order in a timely manner (see item 4), we will offer a refund or automatically refund payment. 6. PRIVACY: We value your privacy as much as our own. We will not sell, loan, or give your contact information to any third party, except when required by law. 7. SECURITY: The Paypal Shopping Cart we use on this portion of our website is a secure payment method. For additional security and for additional payment options, use the updated version of our website 8. COMMUNICATIONS: You will receive a Paypal receipt via email with every order from this portion of our website. Please print out a copy of your receipt. It will also contain our physical address and phone number. We will follow up with status updates, including tracking numbers when available, until your product is delivered. |
