1. Antique Clocks are sold "final, as-is", but will be in working condition when shipped unless otherwise indicated, and will have shipping insurance. Please contact us if you have any problems with an order and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before returning anything. If we pre-approve a return for a non-defective item, shipping will not be refunded.

2. Any order may be cancelled with a full refund prior to shipping. Refund will be applied within 24 hours, subject to Paypal or Square money transfer policies. Cancellations after an item is shipped will be be charged for shipping costs and refunds will not be applied until the item is returned, inspected, and determined to be in the same condition as when it was shipped.

3. Orders are shipped within five business days, with rare exceptions. We have never experienced a delay of more than two additional business days. We ship by the most reliable and cost efficient carrier, depending on customer location. We use UPS, Fedex Ground, and the US Postal Service.

4. Paypal and Square charge bank cards and checking accounts immediately upon placing an order. If, for any reason we are unable to complete the order in a timely manner (see item 3), we will offer a refund or automatically refund payment.

5. PRIVACY: We value your privacy as much as our own. We will not sell, loan, or give your contact information to any third party, except when required by law.

6. SECURITY: The Paypal Shopping Cart we use on this portion of our website is a secure payment method. For additional security and for additional payment options, email us.

7. COMMUNICATIONS: You will receive a Paypal or Square receipt via email with every order. We will follow up with status updates, including tracking numbers when available, until your product is delivered.
